Atalaque is a vineyard-specific wine project by Pepe Rodríguez de Vera, a triumphantly successful attempt to rescue 120-year-old, pie franco vines planted in sandy soils—does it get any better than this?

The parcel wines are three, each a different expression of the magnificent Grenache varietal. In the cellar, the focus is on extracting elegance and lightness only, with the aim to highlight the unique characteristics of each vineyard.

These wines are incredibly easy to drink, yet they are anything but simple wines.
