Starting her journey as a human rights lawyer, honing her skills in Europe’s finest kitchens, and now flourishing as a vine grower and winemaker, Jade Gross brings a fresh, international perspective and a burst of creativity to Rioja and Tempranillo, partners that are often considered somewhat locked in stasis if not in actual decline.

Her work tends to focus often on single grape varieties and specific vineyard sites, firstly in an ongoing process of studying the morphology and pedology of her lands in order to express them at best in the glass.

Her wines tell the story of her life, brimming with curious anecdotes and episodes from her past. It’s quite remarkable how, when tasting them and delving into the stories behind the labels, they resonate perfectly with one another.
