Once a master of legalese, Manfredi turned his talents to winemaking thanks to his university days in Rome, where he discovered a profound love for all things culinary and vinous.

Transitioning from the esteemed title of "Best Customer of the Year 2019" by L’Espresso to a producer in his native land was then a short and spirited jaunt.

Today, he stands as one of the most modern and avant-garde Marsala producers of the region.
